Mallard Duck Eggs (Green)
These eggs are unwashed. Most are viable. Ducks are notoriously messy birds. Since we don't wash the bloom off the egg, we only sell the cleanest eggs these girls offer up. Stop by and pick up a dozen. I water glass the good ones I don't sell right away so I have fresh eggs year-round! I can't wait to show you how I do it in the blog!
*We recommend "Float-testing" every egg just before consumption to help ensure a top quality experience.
